furniture and accessories valued at approx. $1500.00. The House sits on
a large solid custom built wooden table, which has a shelf for storage
and casters for easy maneuvering.
This dream home has a full wrap-around porch with a gazebo and lovely
gingerbread trim. There are hanging macramé planters and birdhouses
all around the veranda. A quilt is hung over the rail to dry and a straw
hat lies on the wooden veranda swing. The siding is a pale yellow and
the roof is a cedar shake.
The rooms have been lovingly decorated with handcrafted curtains, quilts
and carpets. The furniture is stunning; some hand crafted and some selectively
purchased. All rooms have electrical working lights or lamps. The dinning
room has a stunning brass chandelier and the nursery a teddy bear lamp
there are also tiffany lamps and a boudoir lamp.
The garden includes a small pond with swans, a birdbath and feeder, a
lattice arbor to the back and a stone pathway to the veranda. A bicycle
lies against the gazebo with a basket full of flowers.
The Dollhouse is 19 1/2" deep including the veranda, 30" high,
and 30 1/2" long. The table the dollhouse rests on is 34" high,
28" wide and 43" long.
